With Bennetts British Superbike testing kicking off in Spain today, we thought it was the perfect excuse to look back at a sponsor liaison campaign we created back in 2016.
Working with the Official Kawasaki Superbike squad, GBmoto Racing, we developed a creative way to develop their relationship with their sponsors still further.
The squad, who were fighting for the prestigious Championship title with Leon Haslam, James Ellison and Peter Hickman also had three key sponsors; JG Speedfit, Global Reach Partners and McAMS Accident Management. Partnering each rider with a different sponsor, we created a short ‘Day in the Life’ video series that saw our three superstars spend a day working at each business to showcase the activities of each company.
Alongside the massive sponsor goodwill factor created, the videos were a fantastic way to introduce the sponsors to the fans in a light-hearted and fun way. The short format, well edited videos made them ideal for social media, ensuring they were highly shareable for the riders, sponsors, team personal and the series itself….
