Once again, Holeshot PR was tasked with managing the PR and Press Office for the annual London Motorcycle Show. Held in the ExCeL Centre in London, the popular three day event saw 22 different motorcycle manufacturers in attendance alongside countless retailers and racing stars. With 39,811 fans flocking through the doors, it was a record-breaking crowd for the show!
It was also a record level of coverage too. Promotion for the event is certainly a unique challenge – with it being organised by Motorcycle News, most two wheel media do not want to publicise a rival outlet so we have to think outside the box! National papers are the Holy Grail for PR agencies, so we were particularly pleased to see the Sun on Sunday, Daily Mirror, The Telegraph and Evening Standard all running both print and online articles. Coupled with a barrage of local paper coverage, a strong online presence, competitions and utilising the growing trend of ‘new media’ it all came together to make 2017 our strongest show to date!
